Alexa Hagginbothom

My name is Alexa and I am a student from Lebanon Valley College. I just completed my full time 7 week clinical rotation here at IMG-PT and HIGHLY recommend this clinic to any student for their next clinical rotation!! When I walked in on my first day, the entire staff was nothing but welcoming and super helpful as I got to know the clinic each day. I cannot thank the front desk staff, Eric and Chris, Ruth, and all of the PT aids for creating such a friendly environment as I truly enjoyed coming in each day. One of my favorite things about this clinical experience was our clinical review hour that was held one day each week where we went over every body part with treatments, outlines and tips/tricks for initial evaluations for each of the body regions. I thought this was a great review to go over each week as we learned all of the manual treatments  and covered the common diagnoses and conditions with each area. I am incredibly thankful for all of the exposure with being able to treat and evaluate various diagnoses in each of the body regions making my clinical education a very well-rounded experience. I can honestly say that I have never stopped smiling since I came in on day 1 and I feel a lot more confident in my clinical skills since starting here 7 weeks ago. Lastly, a BIG thank you to Eric my CI, thank you for all your advice, feedback and challenging me each week to really push me into being the best student clinician I can be. I will greatly miss coming into IMG-PT everyday and all of the wonderful patients.
