Professional Development at IMGPT
At IMGPT, we prioritize your growth. Weekly educational hours cover manual therapy and evaluation skills for therapists and assistants, with new team members completing 2–3 full rotations (typically over 6 months). These sessions also include students and interns and have earned recognition through Educator of the Year awards from Temple, Alvernia, and Drexel Universities.
Exercise specialists and interns receive hands-on experience monitoring patient care, form correction, and treatment planning—helping them build confidence before attending PT school.
We also offer access to advanced training through Breakthrough Manual Therapy to help you become COMT certified, improving our graduation rate to 80%—well above the national average of 20–25%.
