Michael Nolter

At IMG I was able to have made tremendous growth in my skills and knowledge in the field of physical therapy. From day one, I was welcomed warmly into the clinic by both patients and staff, which made it enjoyable to come to work each day. The opportunity to work closely with patients allowed me to apply the knowledge gained in my classes to real life scenarios. This hands-on experience was invaluable in honing my clinical skills from manual techniques to patient assessment and treatment planning.

Getting to know the patients on a personal level and follow them along as they progress in their rehab was one of the most rewarding aspects of my internship. Building rapport and witnessing their progress and recovery firsthand reinforced my passion for helping others through physical therapy. The guidance and support of the staff were instrumental in my development, as they generously shared their expertise and provided constructive feedback.

I am deeply grateful for the mentorship and learning opportunities provided during my internship. It has solidified my commitment to pursuing a career in physical therapy and has equipped me with the skills and confidence to succeed in the field. I look forward to applying everything I have learned to make a meaningful impact on the lives of future patients.
