Jul 31st 2025I love working at IMG PT because there are not many places where you can make people sweat, wince in pain and thank you all in the same session. It’s like being a personal trainer, life coach and a magician all in one. Except instead of pulling rabbits out of a hat, I help pull pain out of people’s backs, knees, hips, necks, and heads. There’s nothing more satisfying than coming into the office and seeing someone go from a wheel chair, walker or cane and see them sprinting out the door at the end (okay, sometimes just walking out the door confidently with their progress).

Jul 31st 2025During my time at IMG Physical Therapy, it has been such an honor to support our patients on their journey back to better health. Some of the most rewarding moments come when seeing our patients’ faces light up as they recognize their own progress – no matter how small, because even the smallest improvements are big wins for both the patients and the team.
What stands out to me the most from my experience at IMG Physical Therapy is the positive and welcoming atmosphere. So many of our patients have shared that the friendly conversations and sense of humor among the staff and fellow patients made therapy sessions enjoyable, and kept them motivated to return.

Jul 31st 2025Working at IMG Physical Therapy is one of the best opportunities I have ever had. I started as a high school intern and was hired immediately after I graduated from high school. In the almost 3 years I have been here, I have had a fantastic experience. I have learned and gained so much insight to help me move forward professionally. Chris and Eric are excellent physical therapists and bosses. The staff all unite for a common goal of assisting others to return to their everyday lives.

Jul 31st 2025Working at IMG PT has truly been such an amazing experience. I have been here for a few years, and it is such a special environment. Someone who started out being the patient and is now on the staff, I get to see all the time and effort that goes into IMG. The people who work here are a mix of such amazing people and are what make the office what it is. At IMG, we foster a sense of community that prioritizes the patient’s needs.

Jul 31st 2025Over the past two years working here at IMG Physical Therapy in Fleetwood PA, I have built so many different relationships by interacting with patients from helping them through exercises and seeing them improve each week. Working together each day as employees, starts to feel like we are part of a family working hard and having fun times as well. Every day I walk through the door they always make it feel like a welcoming environment. Working here at IMG Physical Therapy taught me so many valuable skills at starting a career in the health field. I recommend anyone starting out their career as a Physical Therapist or any health profession related fields not sure where to start that this is a great place for you. I believe you will find that this is a great place to work and grow your skills as a new Physical Therapist, Exercise Specialist, or working the front desk. Seeing the smiling faces of patients walk through the door that we get to help each day is my favorite part.

Jul 31st 2025I love my job! The work is engaging, and I love meeting our patients, getting to know them, watching them improve, actually get better and graduate from our care. I have worked at other PT clinics where the care was more rushed and the monetary value of services was stressed. The atmosphere here is refreshing. I love learning and love how education is stressed in our clinic with students and patients alike. Overall, a great place to work!!

Jul 31st 2025The best thing about working at IMG-PT would be seeing how we all are helping our patient’s return to their normal activities prior to their injury that brought them through our doors—This could be by actual hands on therapy, education, support, encouragement, or just a smile. We are a small office with a great work environment and are all like family.

Jul 31st 2025Working at IMG physical therapy is incredibly rewarding because I get to be a part of a great team that works together to help our patients journey toward healing and strength every single day. Whether it is helping an athlete get back on the field or guiding someone through post-surgery recovery, I love seeing the progress and confidence that grows with each session. Being able to collaborate with my coworkers to help each patient grow and meet their goals is also very exciting.

Jul 31st 2025It has been a true blessing to work with such amazing staff at IMGPT. To have each and every member dedicated to providing an amazing experience to each and every patient is not a common occurrence in the healthcare community. The best thing of my day and week is when patients come up to me and say they had “fun” at therapy and that I have a staff that is so pleasant and willing to help with all patients and the rest of the staff. To be able to put your hands on each and every patient and be given 30 minutes per patient and 75 minutes per evaluation to truly listen and help patients is essential to creating this family “fun” community clinic.
