Over the past two years working here at IMG Physical Therapy in Fleetwood PA, I have built so many different relationships by interacting with patients from helping them through exercises and seeing them improve each week.  Working together each day as employees, starts to feel like we are part of a family working hard and having fun times as well.  Every day I walk through the door they always make it feel like a welcoming environment.  Working here at IMG Physical Therapy taught me so many valuable skills at starting a career in the health field.  I recommend anyone starting out their career as a Physical Therapist or any health profession related fields not sure where to start that this is a great place for you.  I believe you will find that this is a great place to work and grow your skills as a new Physical Therapist, Exercise Specialist, or working the front desk.  Seeing the smiling faces of patients walk through the door that we get to help each day is my favorite part.

For patients, I feel this is a great place to come for Physical Therapy.  The PTs do a great job of spending 30 minutes of one-on-one time with their patients.  While providing a detailed exercise program tailored to them that our exercise specialists take the time to help guide the patients through their programmed exercises that the therapists set up for them, in a friendly environment that is designed for them to help reach each and every goal.  Overall, I think that there is a great teamwork here at IMGPT that shows the patients we really do care about returning them back to the activities the patients enjoy the most and they are not just a number.
