Before PT, my ankle hurt walking to class and after running only a quarter of a mile. Now, I’m training for a 5K and can run three miles with very little pain. I was amazed at how much better my ankle was after only a few visits. I was so frustrated not being able to run or box and being in pain with most activities. I can’t say thank you enough to everyone here for getting me back on my feet! THANK YOU!!!
